I am Otilia Sîrbu – a coach, mentor and consultant with over 25 years of experience in the non‑profit, social and educational sectors. I believe that personal transformation is at the heart of organisational change: when leaders clarify their vision and develop their skills, they can inspire their teams and build strong organisations.

My mission is to provide professional services tailored to the specific needs of clients in the non‑profit, public and SME sectors. I support organisations and individuals to realise their potential, become more efficient and create lasting social impact. What problems do I solve?

·       Lack of strategic direction and clear objectives. Many organisations struggle to define their vision and plan their activities. Through organisational diagnosis and development mentoring, we analyse structures and processes to identify strengths and areas for improvement, then jointly develop strategic and operational plans, both narrative and financial.

·       Need for standards and internal policies. Institutions without clear rules risk administrative chaos and loss of credibility. I help organisations draft internal regulations, departmental procedures, codes of conduct and other policies needed for effective governance.

·       Projects that are hard to finance and manage. I turn ideas into viable project proposals, support grant management and donor relations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with each funder’s standards.

·       Lack of evaluation and monitoring. Without a monitoring system, organisations cannot tell whether their initiatives are working. I carry out programme and project evaluations, design internal monitoring plans and help adjust strategies based on results.

·       Teams lacking key skills. Organisational capacity depends on people’s knowledge and competencies. We organise thematic training (fundraising, communication, networking, lobbying and advocacy, public policy monitoring) and custom courses on strategic planning, grant management and risk reduction.

·       Weak leadership and management. Leaders and team heads need support to develop leadership skills, motivate teams and implement change. I offer coaching and mentorship in organisational management, development of social services, drafting standards and strengthening institutional capacity.
